1. Head out to Silverdale Waterfront Park

The Silverdale Waterfront Park is a prime example of why so many people fall in love with Silverdale. The park sits on the edge of the city and it’s only two acres. Yet, within two acres, you get access to the sandy beach, a gazebo, and a gorgeous picnic area. A large playground will be the perfect spot to keep kids entertained if you’re traveling with the family. There is even a nice splash pad where they can cool off in the summer months. A pier stretches out over the water where you can always find some peace of mind.

2. Go bowling and try your luck at All Star Lanes & Casino

They say everybody plays at All Star Lanes & Casino, and that’s definitely a believable motto. This bowling alley provides over 40 lanes for bowlers, and people of all skill levels are welcome. However, there is also an onsite card room where you can always get in on a good game of poker or blackjack. And there’s a large, 2,000-square-foot arcade where you can play all your favorite arcade games like pinball and Skee-Ball.

3. Find an old treasure at Silverdale Antiques

There’s no better way to explore the history of a place than to track down the largest antique store you can find and dive in. Silverdale Antiques is just the place. This massive antique store is brimming with everything from vintage ship wheels and antique furniture to collectible pieces from yesteryear you thought you’d never see again. It’s difficult to only stop in for a few minutes, so plan to explore for an hour or more and you’re bound to find something cool to take home.

4. Take a hike on Clear Creek Trail
