My name is Annette and if you would have asked me 5 years ago where I would be... owning a recreational marijuana store would have been the last thing i would have said.

I have been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and worked in Social   Services as a manager for over ten years.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree in     Business Administration from Central   Washington University.  A born and raised Washingtonian, I watched the development of the legal marijuana   industry in my state and decided to join the movement.  I hope to cultivate new ongoing customer relationships through information, education and top quality products. The staff and customers at HWY420 are amazing and I love the path I chose, as I continue to learn from them more and more each day.

My name is Sarah, I was born here in Bremerton but got away and moved to San Antonio two different times.  I come from a retail management background so if I look familiar it’s probably because I worked at the mall for forever.  I love me some indicas, potent and skunky!! I am also becoming a little bit of a dabber so if we have it I’ve probably tried it!  I look forward to tending to your bud needs and probably having a chat along the way ;)

Hey! My name is Cameron (also known as Sunshine and Cool-Cool Cameron) and I have had quite the journey before finding myself here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I have lived in eight states, visited every one of them except Alaska, and have driven cross-country 7 times. I am now happily settled in Western Washington with my partner, expecting our first child in the spring. If I am not working at Highway 420, I can usually be found playing my guitar or my djembe, long boarding or biking around Bremerton or hiking our beautiful mountain pathways. I am a restless guy that likes to stay active, which is why I usually have a cup of black coffee in one hand and a sativa in the other. I'm the perfect person to talk to about these energetic, social and happy strains, whether you want to try them in smokeable or ingestible form. However, I also love trying new things and won't turn down a good indica, especially during a relaxing evening at home with a glass of wine or just a solid afternoon playing video games. If you need help deciding what strain best fits your personality or just your current plans for the day, I am here to help.

Hello, my name is Megan. My interest in this industry started with the science behind the cannabis plant. It is amazing. This one little plant has psychoactive and non-psychoactive properties which can intensify or nullify each other. WOW, mind-blowing. I like to smoke flowers that remind me of my youth. I like the tasty blueberry and mind focusing super silver haze. Also, I like anything with THC-v and CBD's.

Hi, my name is Kira. Originally I am from Southern California, but I consider myself a nomad! I lived in Oregon, Florida, California and all over the state of Utah. I went to 5 different elementary schools and I am a very social and outgoing person. I moved here with my significant other, and shortly living in Kitsap, I found my dream job! Although I have tried almost every strain that has come through HWY420,  my favorite type of marijuana is indica. I am a very wound up person, and indica helps me mellow out and stay focused throughout the day. Some of my favorites are Bubba Kush, Ogre Kush, Romulan, Crimson Pepper and Blackwater OG Kush. My love for Sativa and Hybrids grow daily, and I could never turn down a bowl of UK Cheese, Nevilles Haze, Cynex or Super Silver Haze!Nothing makes me happier than taking a cooled hit through a percolated bong. I am no expert at rolling joints, and I have just started experimenting with dabs. With all the new technology available, I still prefer it 'old school'. Load me a bowl with some hash please! My knowledge is ever growing in this industry, and I am proud to say I learn something new about marijuana everyday.  Nothing is truer to me than the statement 'not every strain is for everybody'. Over the last year I have been trying to refine the questions I ask consumers to help guide them to the 'perfect' strain!

High... Ha Ha!  My name is Zach, and I enjoy long walks on the beach and joints the size of my fist, drenched in honey oil then rolled in frosty keif.  I have tried almost every Flower, Concentrate and Edible that Hwy420 has had to offer.  I enjoy SUPER sativa's including: Skunk #1, Super Silver Haze, Maui Waui, Jack Herer, and Durban Poison. I was born in the City of Salt in Utah, a dessert dweller.  I am descended from Hawaiians, Norwegians, and Native Americans.  The first Herb I smoked was Swag out of a coke can when I was 13 years old.  With over 15 years experience under my belt, I am confident I can assist you find exZACHly what you're looking for. I understand a great deal about Marijuana, and everyday I learn so much more!!!  In my humble opinion, indica and sativa are simply the tip of the iceburg, THC %, also.  Landrace Strains, Turpines, Strain Family Trees and Taste and smells, are my research hobby.

Let's Smoke out! :)

Hey there! My name is Derek and I have been a Kitsap resident for 40+ years.  I was a late bloomer compared to most and did not find my way to Mary Jane till  I was 20yrs old.  Like Zach my first time was with a group of buds smoking a bag of shake out of a beer can.  I found a new love and have never stopped since. I prefer my Indica but enjoy all quality weed.  My favorite strains are Bubba Kush, Sherbert & Gelato ( Sherberts Golden Child), Gorilla Glue, Bubba Erkle and Wa Apple just to name a few.   I enjoy trying new strains and have sampled nearly every strain we carry.  So come on in and lets get to know one another.  Puff,  Puff, Pass- just remember it's always to the right.

My name is Bill and, while I was born in Oakland, CA, I moved to Port Orchard when I was 11 and have lived in Kitsap and Mason counties almost all of my adult life. I first smoked weed at the age of 18 with home-stone provided by a friend of my brother's and a Diet Coke can for a pipe. For years afterwords I smoked whenever the opportunity presented itself, but casual use turned into a medicinal need as I got older and an injury and genetics started wreaking havoc on my digestive system. As a result I have grown for myself for the past 6 years utilizing a converted utility closet, and I get as much peace and fulfillment from my garden as anyone who does the same with vegetables or flowers. Growing, smoking, and marijuana culture are a huge part of my life as I truly believe in the healing capabilities of Cannabis and have born witness to what it is (and, unfortunately, is not) capable of. If you ever have any grow questions while you are in the store, feel free to ask me!

Hey everyone on the Internet! My name is Travis. After a long day of selling only the best chronic in the county @#hwy420, I love to just sit back and smoke it up.  I definitely prefer a very heavy, sedating indica. But DABS, are my preferred method of smoking after a long day of manual labor! Feel free to ask me for any recommendations or any questions you might have at all! Other than all that, I very much enjoy being outdoors, fishing if at all possible! Which reminds me, pick up your trash everyone, I want to be able to continue to do so. Always keep a spare rod with me! After all, who couldn't use a second rod. Have a great day and thank you reading about my life.

What up my fellow HWY-420 Peeps? I’m Jared, your newest 420 Budtender and I look forward to serving you here down at our shop. I am a Washington native…..GO HAWKS!!!....born & raised mostly in Vancouver, Washington but have lived in different areas around Washington state. I am married and have three children at home, so my off-time outside of work stays pretty busy but a few things I like to do in my spare time are family activities, playing video games, and spending time outside. Another thing I like to do in my spare time is research the “ins” & “outs” of weed; everything from the sciences of, its benefits, and all the way down to strain information. I do this, not only for my benefit (having spinal arthritis), but for you as well, so that I may better serve you & your wants/needs. I have been a member with HWY 420 for a while now and have always felt welcomed here. So, I am super excited about becoming part of the staff and look forward to meeting you. Until next time & Jah Bless……

Oh dang! It’s Alex here. That one hockey playing, dog loving hiker that smokes joints and blunts the size tree trunks. But seriously. I love a good joint, my preferred method of smoking, and a long hike with my dog, Bean. I prefer the strong sinking Indica high over the heady sativa one, but even that depends on what I’m doing that day. Some of my favorite strains include: P-51, Kryptonite Kush, White Widow, Maui Waui, and my all-time favorite hybrid UK Cheese. I’ve been involved with cannabis in one way or another for the majority of my life now, 16 years. I am fascinated by the many applications of cannabis from the medical to recreational side of it. But if I’m not working as a budtender or computer technician, I’m playing hockey with my friends, hiking with my dog, or having a joint and a pint at the pub. I came to the North West from Nor-Cal by way of SLC, Utah. I’m open and outgoing so feel free to ask me anything any time. And Go SHARKS!

Hi there! I’m Mary!

My passion for cannabis began 20 years ago and has only grown as more          scientific studies prove the already known facts of the extensive medicinal        and environmental values of this amazing plant. I believe freedom will come     with education, so I am very outspoken about the importance of medical             advocacy and human rights.

In my free time, I enjoy baking while baked, organic vegetable gardening          and reading non-fiction books. My amazing daughter, dogs and my 3 legged     cat keep me busy and loving life.

Thanks for letting me share a little about me. I look forward to getting to              know all my fellow cannabis consumers!

Peace and Love

My name is Josh, but everyone can just call me Dude. As a born and bred Western Washingtonian; I have webbing between my toes and moss that grows behind my ears. Anyone who has ever talked to me can tell you how passionate about cannabis I am (I literally believe that we could self-sustain our planet with cannabis, everything from medicine to building materials to bio fuels and more! I believe cannabis can save our planet!) As an advocate for the legalization of cannabis since the mid 1990's, there are very few areas that I have not delved into. Feel free to pick my brain and challenge my knowledge any time, either in person at the Bremerton store or at hwy420dude@gmail.com and I will answer in one of our upcoming "Dude, Bro, Mann" videos or blogs. MY NAME IS MICHAEL, I am a northwest native I was born and raised on the Olympic Peninsula. I have lived all over the country, but the northwest is my home!

I worked as a Chef for many years, and I still have a huge passion for culinary arts. I also spent 8 years in retail management for Starbucks where learned the fine are of excellent customer service.

I came into the cannabis industry looking for something new and exciting were I can learn and grow with the industry.

Growing up on the Olympic Peninsula, I was exposed to Smoking Pot at a very young age! I must admit I have been a recreational user for most of my life, and since I have been employed at Hwy 420 I have learned many of the finer attributes of using marijuana. Being one of the senior members of the staff I have gained much knowledge in the use of medical marijuana and have a passion to help others with their aches and pains. With my culinary background, I enjoy working on and creating recipes that pair well with different strains of marijuana.

In my spare time, I love to vintage shop for midcentury items and I happen to have a large ash tray collection!

Stop in the Silverdale Bremerton store and say Hello!
